Everyone holds the key to their own health, but sometimes the body needs a little help. That's exactly my job.
As an experienced and caring dipl. As a Hara Shiatsu practitioner in training, I work closely with you to develop your restore balance and find your center.
I use various methods to bring and keep body and mind in balance. I specialize in a variety of holistic treatments. These address the causes and not just the symptoms of pain and discomfort.

What is Hara Shiatsu?
Shiatsu means "finger pressure" Behind it are 4000 years of Eastern
medicine and health science. Shiatsu originated in Japan and China and is an independent form of manual, holistic therapy.
The basic philosophy behind it is health through the harmonization of Yin and Yang, as well as the 5 elements from Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM).
Hara Shiatsu originated from one of the oldest forms of Shiatsu and was developed by Dr. S. Masunaga cultivated.
How does Shiatsu work?
It is a gentle, deep pressure based body treatment along selected meridians and acupressure points as well as rotations and stretches that help the client to stimulate blocked energy flows in order to activate the body's self-regeneration and thereby release these blockages.
Shiatsu does not require any medical instruments or medication. The holistic approach also includes personal discussions .

After an initial consultation, you take off your necklaces, bracelets, wristwatch and earrings. It is best to take a loose jogging garment with long jogging pants or leggings with you to the treatment. Since I often treat the feet as well, make sure you have fresh socks on.
First you relax on my Shiatsu mat, which is on the floor. I make sure that you are in a good position and support you with neck rolls and pillows if necessary. Then, if desired, I turn on my diffuser with dōTERRA 100% Therapeutic Aromatic Oil.
Each treatment is tailored to the current needs of your body and your personal wishes. A treatment lasts 50 minutes. As a rule, my clients come for an appointment 2-4 times a month.

Chair Shiatsu
Chair shiatsu is very popular in offices due to its space-saving simplicity, because you don't need a shiatsu mat. All you need is a small room, I'll bring everything else with me. Chair Shiatsu takes place on the Shiatsu massage chair, special attention is paid to the shoulders, neck and upper back. It ensures more relaxation among the employees and thus leads to more ease in the company.
Chair Shiatsu can also be booked for an event or your next party.

After discovering and successfully applying the power of alternative practices to myself since 2014, I started a Hara Shiatsu training at the "International Academy of Hara Shiatsu" in Vienna in 2018. Since then I have been working as a professional Hara Shiatsu practitioner in training and collecting my practice hours.
