### Shiatsu Treatment – 60 Minutes Your Shiatsu session begins with a consultation lasting approximately 10 minutes. We discuss your wishes and needs so I can tailor the treatment to you. You can then make yourself comfortable on my Shiatsu mat on the floor. I can provide cushions and neck supports to help you find a comfortable position. **Please bring:** - Comfortable, loose-fitting clothing with long trousers, such as tracksuit bottoms or leggings - Fresh socks Before the treatment, please remove jewellery such as necklaces, bracelets, your watch and earrings. If you wish, I can use a diffuser with DōTERRA essential oil during your session. The Shiatsu treatment itself lasts approximately 50 minutes and focuses on mindful touch, relaxation and your individual needs.
