Service Description

Your session begins with a consultation lasting approximately 10 minutes. Please bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothing with long trousers, such as tracksuit bottoms or leggings, and fresh socks. Before the treatment, please remove necklaces, bracelets, your watch and earrings. You will relax on my Shiatsu mat on the floor, with cushions and neck supports available if needed. If you wish, I can use a diffuser with DōTERRA essential oil. The subsequent treatment combines Shiatsu with cupping and is adapted to your individual needs. The treatment itself lasts approximately 80 minutes.
