Initial Shiatsu Treatment and Consultation – 90 Minutes
Service Description
Your first appointment begins with a detailed consultation lasting approximately 30 minutes. Before the treatment, please remove necklaces, bracelets, your watch and earrings. Please bring comfortable, loose-fitting clothing with long trousers, such as tracksuit bottoms or leggings, as well as fresh socks. You will relax on my Shiatsu mat on the floor. I can provide cushions and neck supports to ensure you are comfortable. If you wish, I can use a diffuser with DōTERRA essential oil. The subsequent Shiatsu treatment lasts approximately 60 minutes and is tailored to your individual needs.
